Qualifications:
- Must have valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of NY
- Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain (within the last year for physical)
- Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Formor be willing to obtain
- Drivers encouraged to apply - must have a valid driver's license
Details:
- Concierge cases for high-end, private-pay patients
- Full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedule options available
