Avalanche Inc. is a leading Home Health Care Agency dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. We are currently seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA) who also possesses a valid driver's license to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks.
- Monitor and record clients' health status and communicate any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to all protocols.
- Prior experience in Home Health care is a plus.
