```Duties:```
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for patients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospice care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.
