Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to long term care residents, and clients at home in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor
- Adhere to HIPPA regulations
- Maintain safety at all times
Requirements:
- An HHA certificate.
- Experience working in Homes or similar settings
- The ability to lift 25 or more pounds
- A professional team-player attitude
