### Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, and those in need of nursing home or hospice care. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing personal care, and ensuring the well-being of our clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ### Duties: - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration - Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and client preferences - Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques - Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients ### Qualifications: - Previous experience in Home Health care or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Reliable transportation to travel between client locations If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
