SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with medical procedures, such as catheter care and wound dressing changes
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help patients with mobility and transfer between bed, chair, or wheelchair
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Understanding of hospice care principles and practices is beneficial
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide quality care to patients in need
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently within the scope of practice
- Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay: $17.34 - $18.13 per hour
