Home Health Aide

**Job Title: Home Health Aide** **Duties:** - Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, including special diets or tube feeding - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment - Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred - Experience working with seniors or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus - Knowledge of memory care techniques and strategies is beneficial - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor **Skills:** - Familiarity with healthcare systems and procedures - Proficient in taking vital signs accurately - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities - Knowledge of memory care techniques for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease - Ability to assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary restrictions or preferences - Understanding of assisted living and hospice care principles - Competence in tube feeding procedures for clients who require it - Experience in providing senior care services Join our team of dedicated Home Health Aides who provide compassionate care to individuals in need. Pay: $18.55 - $21.00 per hour
