Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located at Premier Home Dialysis Services in Bay City, MI, with flexibility for remote work. The Home Dialysis RN will be responsible for performing home hemodialysis and home peritoneal dialysis, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patients' health status. The Home Dialysis RN will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis, and home care options.
Qualifications
- No Experience in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis is required. We will educate you
- Registered Nursing degree and license
- Knowledge and understanding of medicine, nephrology, and dialysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary, Phone on call every six weeks
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred
- One year of nursing required
Base salary range from $75,000-$95,000. Bonus earnings per new patient training per new patient trained. On average, there are 1-2 new trainings a month. The bonus ranges, on average, from $ 4,500 to $30,000. Vehicle stipend always and, in some cases, company Tesla/similar vehicle.
