Ingleside Homes Retirement Facility in Wilmington, is currently seeking a full-time Home Care Supervisor
Position involves:
- Monitoring, adjusting and completing scheduling of staff using Axiscare
- Ensuring all visits are verified in Axiscare so billing can be completed
- Obtaining coverage for vacant shifts
- Overseeing housekeeper and aides to ensure they have necessary supplies to complete their duties and are completing their assignments
- Creating and adjusting reports in Word and Excel
- Position works about 70-80% of time as an aide and 20-30% of time doing administrative task
Qualifications:
- Certified C.N.A. with 3-5 years of caregiving experience
- Supervisory experience
- Computer proficiency; knowledge of
- Word and Excel to be able to work independently using those programs
- Ability to learn Axiscare program
- Must be able to work every other weekend
