Job Description
- Work closely with the team to create projections and staffing plans for short term and long term staffing needs.
- Coordinate with the Recruiting Department and help with recruiting when applicable.
- Interview, evaluate and make hiring decisions on candidates interviewing for caregiver positions and oversee on-boarding of those candidates.
- Create and maintain processes to:
- assign staff to clients that ensure placements meet client’s and staff’s preference, schedule and clinical needs/skills.
- schedule all direct line employees to meet client’s scheduling needs to include initial schedules, changes, and cancellations.
- fill last minute cancellations.
- monitor employee satisfaction and turnover to ensure that department is meeting retention goals.
Position Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing.
- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to have organized, designed and implemented multiple, complex technical projects.
- Must read, write and speak fluent English.
- May require travel to client homes and other business related destinations (i.e. conferences, job fairs).
