• You have a valid CNA or Home Care Aide Certification.
• You have a great understanding of Office 365.
• You have at least 1 year of Scheduling Experience in Home Care/Health Care. (Preferred)
• You have experience working in an office setting.
• You have excellent computer skills for data entry, reports, schedules, etc..
• You can pass a criminal background check & drug test.
• You have a valid D.L. & can reliably commute to this job’s location.

Schedule!

• [8:30am - 5pm] Monday - Friday

Pay Range!

• ($23.00 - $34.50 / hour) based on Licensure, Experience, Skills, etc.

Your Daily Duties!

• Day-to-day scheduling & coordination of care for Nursing and Caregiving clients
• Schedule, remind, & follow up on appointments
• Staff shifts & take client inquiries
• Match client needs to caregiver attributes & skills
• Participate in on-call every quarter
• Resolve issues that may arise between the client and their care team
• Licensed to fill-in as a caregiver in emergency situations
• You have excellent computer skills for data entry, reports, schedules, etc.
