Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health condition and help develop personalized care plans
• Administer and set-up medications, monitor vital signs and blood sugars
• Provide wound care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing (RN or LPN) license in the state of South Dakota
• Proven experience in providing Home Care or similar healthcare setting
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
