Advantage Home Care, Missouri's largest in-Home Care provider, is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Greater St. Louis Area. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of services in the field, ensuring that clients receive quality Home Care and addressing any concerns they may have. With your strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of the Home Care industry, you will work alongside with your teammates to prioritize visits and ensure high-quality care for our clients/care receivers.
In this role, you will conduct home visits to clients, handle client concerns, and perform monthly supervisory visits to ensure compliance with agency policies. Additionally, you will spend time in the office during the week to document your visits, communicate with the office staff, and provide support to the Staffing Coordinators and Management. There are also going to be times when you will need to roll up your sleeves and help our clients with personal care, bathing, and some light housework, when times have become extremely tough for our valued CareReceivers. Another rewarding part to the job will be to assist onboarding caregivers and care receivers during acquisitions of other Home Care companies. This position will have an emphasis on onboarding caregivers and clients onto our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system. Making home visits to help ensure the proper use of EVV is happening, especially with a small percentage of cases that are non-compliant.
The Field Supervisor position is full-time, requires lots of flexibility, and local travel in working hours to accommodate branch needs. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a broad scope of knowledge and experience of the Home Care industry and what it takes to care for those in need. Not every situation is ideal, but the reward you can earn yourself is not comparable. You should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication, documentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Being empathetic, flexible, and a team player is crucial for this position.
Field Supervisors will have access to company cars during business hours for the various travel and daily visit needs.
Therefore, having a good driving record and following all rules of the road is essential.
Computer skills are necessary, as you will be working with our internal systems and software.
Experience with Electronic Visit Verification is preferred but not necessary.
