Home Instead is currently seeking a talented, compassionate individual for an exciting opportunity, providing support to the residents and families throughout Essex County. We are hiring a Home Care Consultant to meet with families about service/onboard new clients, follow up with current clients/families who are receiving service to ensure satisfaction, and build relationships with referral providers in the communities we serve.
We are looking for the right culture fit to add to our team and support our clients/families in the community along with developing/cultivating relationships within the territory.
This role requires a highly organized, reliable person, who is tech savvy (intermediate to advanced computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent keyboard and web navigation skills), personable and flexible.
This position would be covering Essex County (offices in N. Andover and Peabody).
