Responsibilities:
- Provide outine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
- Assists with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and supportive care as outlined in the Service Plan of Care
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including homemaking activities
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Plans, prepare and/or assists with nutritious meals and prescribe diet
- Exhibit positive attitude and behavior and demonstrate respect for employees and clients
Qualifications:
- 1-year Home Care experience (preferred)
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Tuberculosis skin test or Blood work

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
