Home Builder General Manager

Growing construction company specializing in single family homes is looking for a General Manager. Typically, the business will purchase, develop, and build out entire subdivisions.  Suitable applicant would need a wide range of experience in construction and management.  An MBA would be beneficial but not necessarily required.  Tasks would include managing office staff, field staff, creating and improving systems and processes, and working with contractors.   You will have a base pay with the opportunity to make considerable bonuses.  Profit sharing is a possibility.
