Families and Communities Rising, Inc. (FCR, Inc.) is a nonprofit organization that has provided early education and resources to families for over 50 years! FCR Head Start/Early Head Start programs are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Home-Based Support Specialist to join our team in locations throughout Durham and Orange Counties.
The Home Based Support Specialist will play a crucial role in developing authentic Home Based and fostering strong partnerships between program services areas to include Education, Home Based, Family Service, Family and Community Engagement and Male Engagement communities to support the well-being and success of families and young children.
This position involves working collaboratively with Teachers, Coaches, Home Based Specialist, Home Visitors, and Community Engagement to enhance family involvement with home based families and create a seamless system of services for the whole child.
