- Gather materials for workers to handle on job sites, Unload & load materials from trucks. Keep job sites clean, Cover surfaces with plastic material to protect them.
- Assist in the layout of foundation, building lines and anchor bolts. Hold plumb bobs, sighting rods, and locate studs/joists, to aid in establishing reference points and lines, and dimensions.
- Assist with general construction tasks under direction. Such as : cut lumber to specified dimensions; hold lumber and paneling in place for fastening or cutting; drill holes in lumber, dig and prep for concrete, spread adhesives for flooring
- Assist with specialty installations of lifts etc. under supervision, such as measuring, holding, drilling
- Run errands for materials/ tools
- Interact with clients if approached. Describe basic services. Refer job related questions to supervisors
- Ensure Numotion standards and all applicable codes/regulations are followed on site
- Other jobs in office/warehouse/job site as needed
- Monitor and maintain tools, storage, maintenance, re-supply, coordinating with other staff
- Deliveries when required
- This position is on the job training. Worker is expected to actively seek improvement of skills and knowledge of techniques and tools.

Responsible for performing basic carpentry tasks and remodeling techniques with guidance.
- Must be licensed to operate motor vehicle and must maintain personal insurance. Must be able to drive, navigate over urban, suburban, and rural areas
- Fluency in verbal and written English based on interview and writing sample
- Must be able to safely participate in moving equipment and direct interaction with clients and equipment in a variety of environments:
- Routinely carry/lift items up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
