POSITION SUMMARY:
The Holiday Gift Processor provides seasonal assistance to Project Open Hand’s Development Team processing donations and making it possible for Project Open Hand to continue to produce the meals with love our community relies on.
This is a high-volume gift processing and data entry position with the majority of gifts coming from individuals responding to large-scale direct mail programs.
This is an ideal position for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, who has worked with Salesforce platforms and has a basic understanding of mass mailings and/or direct mail fundraising.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Accurate and detail oriented, possesses strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to act independently and as part of a culturally diverse team.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
1-2 years previous experience processing gifts, with a strong emphasis on data entry.
Strong proficiency and proven experience with Excel, Microsoft Word and database programs.
Experience with Salesforce platforms strongly preferred
