What You'll Do
- Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals
- Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI
- Properly fill out all documentation and labels
- Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product
- Perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are

You also have:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, & gages
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions
- Experience in operating machinery
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Light physical effort required, equivalent to lifting, pushing, pulling 5 to 25 pounds
- Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality
- Flexibility to work overtime
