HMIS Manager - Quality Improvement

DescriptionThe HMIS Manager will provide leadership and direction to the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Department through ensuring timely, accurate and efficient data entry of client services and records, reconciliation of data and submission of HMIS reports. This position provides daily supervision to all FrontLine Service HMIS Specialists. Provides oversight of the HMIS department, to address any/all issues in EVOLV and HMIS to ensure records are consistent and accurate. Ensures that client data is entered into required database (EVOLV, Clarity) timely, efficiently and accurately for all departments. Conducts data quality checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry of all HMIS. These checks are conducted to review individual employee performance as well as programmatic outcomes and data quality to include missing data elements. Conducts data quality checks to reconcile information in HMIS with that in EVOLV as well as with that maintained by collaborating partners.

This is a exempt, non-union position. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field with 3 years of Clarity HMIS/data related experience and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
