job summary:
Skiltrek is looking for an experienced Patient Experience Analyst to help them in their EPIC Journey. This is a long-term contract role and will be focused on Mobile Applications, Web Portals, and Welcome Kiosks. A background in EPIC (with certification(s)), is a must.This role is 100% remote with the occassional onsite visit.
location: HOLLY HILL, Florida

salary: $70 - 80 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
  • Participates in projects centered around the implementation, improvement, and upgrade of assigned patient experience applications and integrated components
  • Identifies opportunities for enhancements within the patient experience applications to increase overall useability and communicates these opportunities to leadership
  • Routinely analyzes patient usage of the application and participates in initiatives to increase usage
  • Participates in workflow design, building, and testing of configuration associated with the patient experience applications
  • Documents requirements associated with assigned patient experience applications in collaboration with business owners and vendors
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end?user concerns, and upcoming milestones to ensure organizational targets are met
  • Communicates with patients when needed to troubleshoot and resolve issues, serving as a liaison between the patient and vendor or internal teams as needed to resolve the issue
  • Collaborates effectively with vendor representatives utilizing vendor communication tool or other appropriate tools
  • Manages personal assignments and priorities across multiple projects and/or initiatives related to the vendor system in both vendors' and internal ticketing systems
  • Identifies issues that arise in their assigned vendor system as well as issues that potentially impact other teams, and pursues issue resolution
  • Ensures all quality assurance processes are followed, including change management, and testing efforts
