```Job Summary```
We are urgently hiring a TRAQ Certified Arborist to join our team in California. As a TRAQ Certified Arborist, you will be responsible for providing expert tree risk assessment services to our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

- Conduct tree risk assessments using the TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification) methodology
- Identify potential hazards and risks associated with trees
- Provide recommendations for tree management and mitigation strategies
- Prepare detailed reports outlining assessment findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with clients to develop tree management plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in arboriculture
```Requirements```
- TRAQ Certification (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification)
- Proven experience conducting tree risk assessments
- Strong knowledge of tree biology, identification, and common diseases/pests
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Wages for this project will be $56/hr, with guaranteed 20 hours of double time pay each week, as well as a daily per diem of $150, seven days a week.
