Job Requirement
- Possession of a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license valid for work in CA.
- Minimum 1 Year Home Health Experience is needed
- CPR/ALS Card certification.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License or ID Card.
- Current Negative TB Test results.
- Current Physical Exam clearance.
- Documentation of COVID Vaccine Card or Exemption Proof.
- Availability to take Visits at facilities in Central LA
