Full-Time School Psychologist - Elementary Caseload
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a full-time School Psychologist for the 2023-2024 school year to work with an elementary caseload near Red Bluff, California. The School Psychologist will be responsible for providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students, families, and staff.
Job Duties:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for students referred for special education services
- Providing individual and group counseling services to students with social-emotional and behavioral needs
- Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement intervention plans to support student success
- Participating in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and providing input on students' strengths, needs, and goals
- Providing consultation services to parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students
- Participating in school-wide initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive school culture
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology
- California state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
