Hiring Pediatric Lvn/Rn Trach & Vent Nurses - Private Duty - Houston

*** Sign on bonus of $1,500 total - $750 after 90 days and $750 after 180 days***

Cases we have available:

· 16 y/o GB/Trach (no vent) patient available Tue/Wed 7a-7p & Fri 7p-7a (77042) 

· 1 y/o GB & T/V patient available Thurs & Fri 7p-7a (77088) 

· 1 m/o GB/Bipap patient available Mon-Sun 7a-3p & 1-2 nights per week (77022)

· 9 m/o GB & T/V patient available Mon-Sun 7a-7p & Mon-Sun 7p-7a (77055) 

Responsibilities:

· Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.

· Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.

· Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.

· Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.

· Educate the family on medical care and training.

Qualifications:

· Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.

· American Red Cross CPR certification required.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).

· Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds

· The ability to work in a home environment.

· EMR charting (no paper notes)
