Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a full-time position in Homedale, ID. This position is temporary and will extend until the end of the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other supervising professionals.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, reinforcing positive behaviors and assisting with skill development.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior plans.
• Document and track student progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Qualifications:

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to the well-being and success of students.
