SalaryJob Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated NAs/CNAs to join our team at our Liliha and Kane'ohe facilities. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the healthcare/medical field, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our NAs/CNAs are responsible for providing direct care to our senior residents, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to senior residents, including assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care provided
- Interact and engage with residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Ensure residents' living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans for residents
- Communicate effectively with family members and other staff members
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal regulations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Active NA/CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Previous experience working with seniors in a healthcare or assisted living setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
