Hiring LPNs and RNs Kaneohe Facility

Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is looking for a full-time LPNs and RNs to join our Kaneohe facilities healthcare team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent nursing care to senior citizens receiving services from the facility, as well as ensuring safety and the overall well-being of the patients.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is $42/hour, and will be paid on a weekly basis. In addition, employees are provided with health and insurance benefits.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one nursing care to facility patients according to individualized medical plans
• Coordinate with facility staff on the implementation of nursing care plans
• Monitor patients’ conditions, and document any changes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments to patients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, their families, and other nursing staff
• Provide effective communication with the facility staff and other medical professionals
• Assist in patient transfers and other daily nursing activities
Requirements:
• Must be currently licensed as an RN or LPN in the State of Hawaii
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply medical terminology
• Experience in team building and leading nursing staff
• Knowledge of state nursing regulations
• Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
