SEASONAL Hospitality Associates:

The SPS team has immediate openings for Seasonal Hospitality Associates to come join our team at “Top of the Rock!”. Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center is an iconic New York City attraction, offering breathtaking views of The city skyline from the Observation Deck. We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team!

In this role, you will have specific job duties such as Host, Ambassador, Tour Guide, Retail, and Ticket Sales.

You will be the primary point of contact to greet and guide guests through the attraction while providing an exceptional guest service experience.

We are seeking outgoing, high energy, and service driven people to come be part of our team!

Requirements:

• Routinely demonstrate behaviors that indicate the highest level of manner and service
• Consistently smile and interact with guests
• Demonstrate a “can do” philosophy towards problem-solving
• Be able to understand and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Work cooperatively with other team members
• Maintain a positive attitude in the work environment
• Must be willing to work as necessary in changing climate conditions
• Must be able to work at all points of The attraction, including the upper decks
• Able to work overtime or an alternate shift if needed

• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
