Job Description
We are seeking to a Hiring Director/Admin. to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring platforms (including ZipRecruiter/LinkedIn etc.)
- Communicate and screen possible candidates via emails
- Initiate outbound calls to potential candidates
- Provide administrative assistance to leadership team
- Manage onboarding system.
- Continued coaching and training for improved performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills. (proficient in excel etc.)
- Strong leadership qualities
