$ 500 sign on bonus paid out in two installments for Step Van Drivers after successfully completing Step Van training.

RVA Deliveries is now hiring friendly, reliable, professional Package Delivery Drivers who want to work in a fast-paced, physical, outdoor position. Each morning, we provide all the tools you’ll need for the day: a van, a device to log your packages, a dispatcher to assist you as necessary, and a leadership team dedicated to your success! You’ll need to bring a “can-do” optimistic attitude, and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with our clients and their customers.

Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles to deliver packages to customers in a timely manner - Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries - Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehicles - Comfortable using GPS technology - Comfortable sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time (Including climbing stairs as required) - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis - Must be able to physically enter and exit a vehicle up to and beyond 300 times per day, as you will have 150+ packages

Requirements:

-You must be a minimum age of 21+ years old for this job.
- Valid Drivers license for at least 3 years with no more than 2 points on record
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Physical ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving of packages as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75 - $19.75 per hour
