Team Member Role: Things to Know

April 1st CA $20 wage participant | + Tips, Bi-Weekly

Job Types: Full-time (5 days scheduled | 8-hour shifts) or Part-time (3-4 days scheduled | 4-hour shifts, sometimes 8 hours on weekends)

Schedules are consistent weekly, and hours are based on work performance.

Operational Hours: 9am-930pm, we adhere to mall hours.

Must be comfortable working with urgency & interacting with customers.

Must be punctual, attendance is highly valued as this is a team-oriented environment.

We strongly care about team morale, everyone on the team must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess the following traits: sense of urgency without rushing customers, positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality. Has the ability to deliver enthusiastic guest service, feels comfortable interacting with guests and upselling products. Has the ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above ("Scope of Store Operations"); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
