Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 or older.
- Must have or be able to obtain CPR and First Aid.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from meet-and-greets.
- Must be willing to travel to all meet-and-greet training.
- We need a strong, direct, but fair, levelheaded person for this position. You will be responsible for hiring and, at times, terminating employees before mediation and disciplinary actions have been enforced and no changes have happened.
Primary Responsibilities:
In a nutshell, your job will be to ensure a constant flow of new applicants, sift through candidates to find the best possible selections for us to hire, and train them on company values, policies, and culture. You will call and check references for all new hires, schedule interviews, conduct in-person interviews, make hiring calls, send orientation slides, guide all new hires through the hiring process, send DocuSign contracts, and create files for caregivers.
In addition, you will be responsible for basic file upkeep and self-auditing, ensuring compliance and innovating processes. You will also handle all disciplinary forms and meetings for all staff.
- Your goal is to interview, hire, and train all new applicants and employees in their positions, specific to their clients.
- Coordinate information gathered about a client to other Office Admins to begin the matching process with the Recruiter and Hiring Manager.
- Build an online presence and market the company as an employer seeking employees.
- Answer all calls, faxes, and emails regarding applicants or old and existing caregivers.
- Create folders, contracts, forms, and files for applicants and old and existing caregivers.
- Manage the HR Department as a whole.
Job Types:
Contract, Full-time
The position offers part-time hours, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the office. Individuals also have the flexibility to take on extra hours as caregivers, should they wish to do so.
Salary:
Hourly, $17.00 to $20.00 DOE (Benefits after 90 days, and full-time status after training and 90 days
