We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Armed Guards at our cannabis detail. As an Armed Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of our clients' premises. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with law enforcement or military experience who are looking to utilize their skills in a civilian setting.

Responsibilities

- Provide armed security services to protect clients' property and assets

- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure and we are doing our due diligence of hitting our checkpoints.

- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment.

- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.

- Enforce access control procedures, client policies and follow protocols for visitors, deliveries, vendors and contractors.

- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all activities and respective paperwork.

- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary and follow through with efficient and accurate reporting.

Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Previous law enforcement or military experience is highly preferred

- Strong conflict management skills

- Excellent Customer service

- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment

- Knowledge of de-escalation techniques

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
