Highly Experienced Residential Superintendent

We are a small close-knit group with big ideas who approach our business with passion, drive, and integrity. We are seeking an experienced, Full-time Residential Superintendent for our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the construction of production and semi-custom homes from start to finish. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

· Maintain attention to detail and accuracy across multiple structures with varying differences.

· Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

· Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any issues or delays.

· Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

· Manage and mentor on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers.

· Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards.

· Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

· Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures and ensuring that all subcontractors are in compliance with company safety standards.

· Must maintain excellent customer service standards across all stakeholders and influence a jobsite culture of service and care with every aspect of the project.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the custom residential construction industry.

· Proven track record of successfully managing the construction of production and custom homes.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in project management software like Procore, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
