A US Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 3-6 years of experience in Higher Education law to join its office in Washington D.C., Chicago, St. Louis, or Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Higher Education law and a passion for advocating on behalf of educational institutions and their stakeholders. Experience in Higher Education transactional matters, such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and affiliation transactions, is a plus.Candidates must have exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function independently and within a team. All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in the state in which the office is located. This position is open to recruiters.
