We are seeking 3 dynamic and motivated School Recruiters to join our team.
The School Recruiter will be responsible for promoting our school to prospective students and families, developing recruitment strategies, and executing recruitment initiatives to increase enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
- Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and local businesses to promote awareness of MPJ Academy of Excellence.
- Plan and execute recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, and school fairs.
- Conduct presentations and tours for prospective students and families to showcase our programs and facilities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create recruitment materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Attend networking events, community meetings, and educational conferences to generate leads and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, inquiries, and admissions data in the CRM system.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students and families throughout the admissions process.
- Assist with admissions interviews, assessments, and enrollment paperwork as needed.
Qualifications:
-Experience in education, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, sales, or marketing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of educational trends, community resources, and enrollment best practices.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
