Responsibilities:

1. Teaching: Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards for High School Mathematics.

2. Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and a passion for mathematics.

3. Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

4. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies and stay updated on educational trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field
2. Valid Texas teaching certification in Mathematics.
3. Previous experience teaching High School Mathematics.
4. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
