The High-Performance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of Junior High-Performance tennis within the club. This individual will be the ambassador for Junior competitive tennis within their club as Midtown strives to be the industry gold standard for Junior High-Performance programming. The High Performance Supervisor will be nimble and adaptable to the changing landscape of the industry and will thrive in a people environment, bringing an energetic and inspiring leadership to the High-Performance program.
The specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Administer all aspects of the High-Performance program including recruitment, registration, attendance, promotion of groups, scheduling of coaches, scheduling of courts, preparation of statistical reports, player make-ups, and progress reports/player reviews
- Approve all players that are accepted into each program
- Based on Midtown core values recruit, hire, on-board and train High Performance coaches
- Be passionate about the growth and development of HP coaches and program by providing regular program audits, coaching, training, and personal development opportunities
- Assist HP coaches with goal setting and hold each coach accountable for achieving their goals
- Ensure that the High-Performance program is delivered in a manner consistent with Midtown brand standards
- Work with the National Racquet Sports Director and Racquet Sports Manager on all matters relating to programs, coach development and methodologies
- Hold HP coaches accountable for the internal promotion and delivery of quality member experiences
- Teach groups and privates in the High-Performance program and other private/group lessons
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Racquet Sports Manager and the team of tennis coaches
- Promote the Midtown Palatine High Performance program locally, regionally, and nationally
- Responsible for the financial performance of the High Performance program

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years coaching High Performance Juniors
- Primary coach for at least 5 players that have been ranked in the top 200 in the country
- Proven success in leading multi-court High Performance training sessions
- Proven success in building High Performance tennis programs
- Experience in running USTA and UTR junior tournaments
- Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with families
