What will you do as an Account Manager?
- Partner with a portfolio of clients.
- Be prime on communication and vision for Residential Landscapes.
- Foster lasting relationships with our clients and properties
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance your portfolio.
- Understand and facilitate execution of your ideas in the field.
- Work with a team of experts in the office and in the field.
- Contribute to the team to improve process, product and results.
- Use and master industry software.
What Skills and experience do you need as an Account Manager?
- A passion for and knowledge of horticulture, design and landscape management
- Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication
- Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, and articulate their value to your clients
- Acumen for taking an idea from concept to execution.

Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Job Type: Full-time (Salary) Exempt
Schedule: 20% Remote potential after 90 days
Territory: Wellesley, Needham, Dover, Sherborn, Westwood
Qualifications:
- 4+ years field experience working with customers in a landscape construction or garden design capacity.
- A degree in a related field preferred, MCLP and MCH certifications are a plus.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
