Precision Assembly Specialist- Quality/Inspection

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
Expanding Cleveland company that is a leading provider of high-quality electronic components, specializing in precision and cutting-edge technology. We are currently seeking a skilled High-End Assembly Technician with expertise in PC/Circuit Board Assembly, Soldering, Machine Operation, and Quality Inspection.
Responsibilities:
  • PC/Circuit Board Assembly: Proficient in assembling electronic components and circuit boards with a focus on precision and quality.
  • Soldering: Experience in soldering electronic components to industry standards. Ability to work with both surface-mount and through-hole components.
  • Machine Operation: Operate assembly machines and equipment efficiently to ensure the production of high-quality electronic components.
  • Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications. Attention to detail is critical.
  • Blueprints: Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to assemble and inspect electronic components accurately.
  • Measurement Tools: Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools to verify product dimensions and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Power/Manual Tools: Proficient in the use of both power and manual tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in high-End Assembly, quality inspection, and soldering in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficient in the use of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Ability to operate assembly machines and tools effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
