Synergy HomeCare of Palm Bay is looking for mature compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA for PRN; Per diem hours, weekdays, and/or weekends in the: Melbourne and surrounding Brevard County area to join our independently owned and operated national agency.
SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
- Assist client with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

* Qualifications & Requirements *
- HHA Certificate or CNA License
- Current FIRST AID & CPR certification
- Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months
- Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse
- Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with ALZ/DEM Memory care a plus!
