Are you a seasoned Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator with 3 years under your belt? Join our team and lead our projects from inception to perfection. Your expertise will drive on-time, on-budget delivery, and uphold top-notch quality standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and estimating drywall projects for commercial construction. The role involves overseeing all aspects of drywall projects, from initial estimation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and materials. ️ #BuildBeyondLimits

**Requirements: **

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple drywall projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.

- Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials, particularly related to drywall installation.

- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and guiding project teams to achieve project goals.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications: 

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience with estimating software such as Edge or Quickbid 

- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification

- - Insight to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
