***As a Rider Operator Team Member, you may have the ability to pick up shifts in Water Operations***
WATER OPERATIONS
Hersheypark Water Operations Team Members are responsible for dispatching tubes on slides, assisting guests on body slides, distributing life jackets at water attractions, checking height requirements prior to attraction entry, and assisting guests on and off of tubes at the lazy river. They must be comfortable getting wet, working in direct sunlight, standing for long periods of time, and sometimes working in high places.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This posting is for students, Ages 14+ enrolled in MANHEIM CENTRAL SCHOOL District

• Must be 15 years of age or older on the day of applying for Attractions or Lifeguard opportunities
• Must be 14 Years of Age or older on the day of applying for Food & Beverage opportunities
• Must be 14 Years of Age or older on the day of applying for Parking Lot Attendant opportunities
• Must be 14 Years of Age or older on the day of applying for Sani-Sweeps opportunities
• Must be able to work a set shift - Tuesday through Saturday typically 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Transportation will be provided during the summer months until school starts, from the location of MANHEIM CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOLto Hersheypark from Tuesday to Saturday
• Friendly, upbeat, and enthusiastic
• Must be able to speak, write, and understand English

Job Demands:

• Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor positions
• Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, and communicating with employees and guests
