SalaryWe are an independent coffee roastery & cafe. We are looking for focused, self-directed people who are comfortable working with the public, are customer service oriented, can stay on task between customers, can detail clean, and work well on a team. An appreciation for coffee and/or tea is helpful. This position involves working independently, multitasking/prioritizing, detailed cleaning, and side work. Applicant must have some work experience, reliable transportation, and live locally - coffee industry experience not necessary. Position starts with part-time afternoon & midday hours during slower cafe times for training, with increased hours based on ability to work independently. We are currently looking for afternoon help with cleaning, closing, and prepping for next day, to then include busy mornings and afternoons through spring, summer & fall once trained. Additional hours available once performance and fit are determined, with room for growth.
$10 -12/hourly to start (based on experience) + tips earns $16 to $22/hour. Free shift drinks, employee discounts, great co-workers & customers.
