The Help Desk Technician Tier I provides technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions and/or resolve computer problems for clients through face-to-face interventions, via telephone or remotely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree on Information Systems, Computer Science or related areas
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Computer Technician or related position
- Hands on experience working with Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, among others
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken, written and reading)
