Help Desk Support Specialist I – Onsite, Aliso Viejo, CA
Shift: 6am-2:30pm pst, M-F
The Help Desk Support Specialist I main duty is end user support, which includes but is not limited to answering phones, triaging break fixes as needed, while giving outstanding customer support.
Essential Functions
- Respond to customer email messages and tickets requesting help.
- Answering support calls that come into the Helpdesk through our support line. Ensure all phone calls are logged into the ticketing system. Participating in after hours on call rotation.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
- Tracks status of inquiries by checking with appropriate I.T. resource to facilitate resolution.
- Document and escalate problems as necessary.
- Images and deploys desktop and mobile workstations (laptops, desktops, Mac, Windows)
- Prepare and ship out new and replacement equipment for current and new employees.
- Train end users in computer and application usage.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Ability to answer phones and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Mac IOS.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent work experience
Preferred
- A+ certification
- Excellent customer service

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
