As a Help Desk Representative at Lennox, under general supervision, you are responsible for screening, referring and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Identify, research, and resolve a wide range of technical problems.
  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior level.
  • Respond to calls, emails and personal requests for technical support.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
  • May involve use of problem management database and Help Desk systems.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A two year degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Requires at least 2 years related experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software products required.
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate technical issues.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $35,000 - $45,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
