Location: Anchorage, AK
Frontier Precision, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician Installer to join our team in the Anchorage, AK area.

The Field Technician Installer is responsible for performing installation, providing support, and troubleshooting for Trimble products while also supporting the sales team and customers. Job Duties include the following:
- Install, provide support and troubleshoot Trimble Heavy Construction Products as required by customers, by working closely with sales team.
- Follow manufacturer and company service guidelines and procedures to ensure quality work and to preserve and document component failure information for accurate failure analysis.
- Write service work order reports that accurately document activities.
- Prepare required documentation including work orders, parts lists, and timecards in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform and submit manufacturer warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform assigned tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- In-state travel for multiple days required to perform work.
- Attend product specific training conducted by Trimble or any of our other partners.
- Work overtime as needed within labor law guidelines.
- Operate company or personal vehicle as needed
- Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
Experience using various heavy power tools with proficiency, and basic Heavy Equipment operation required. Experience with welding is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
